Chris Cardinale

Owner and Master Electrician

Chris Cardinale is the President and master electrician here at Cardinale Industries. Before starting Cardinale Industries, Chris gained invaluable experiences working as an electrical foreman, estimator, project manager, carpenter, and designer. From his beginnings as an electrical apprentice in the IBEW program, he showed determination and outstanding skills. Over the years, he began taking on more responsibilities and achieving goals.

Chris holds multiple Master Electrician licenses throughout New York State including the New York State Fire Alarm and Security License. He also holds OSHA construction safety and health training (OSHA 30-hour construction) as well as ASHI first aid, CPR, AED, and NEPA 70E electrical safety in the workplace.

Chris’s determination does not stop there! As a respected 18-year member as a volunteer firefighter with the Commack fire department (and former safety officer, secretary/treasurer, lieutenant, and captain), Chris is responsible for the safety of his peers and bystanders. Office Manager

Lisa Cardinale wears many hats at Cardinale Industries as office manager. She handles administrative work, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and her voice is the one you will hear when you call the office. Before starting at Cardinale Industries, Lisa worked as an office engineer and payroll clerk in the Electric traction department for the Long Island Railroad. She gained extensive experience in management and working directly with electricians from the IBEW.

After 10 years of dedication to the LIRR, Lisa made the choice to work in collaboration with her husband to help build his new business. She works tirelessly at work and at home as a mother of three. Family is very important to Lisa, and as the Girl Scout Troop leader for both of her daughters, she encourages and supports them continuously. Lisa loves music and shows creativity in all aspects of her life.

General Foreman

As a General Foreman at Cardinale Industries, Barry Cheshire oversees our largest projects and makes sure that everything runs smoothly. Since joining the Cardinale team in 2016, Barry has shown dedication and excellence through all aspects of his work. He has over 20 years of experience, is a diligent and inimitable leader who can always be counted on.

Billy Anetrella

Foreman

Billy Anetrella is one of our foremen at Cardinale Industries. He has a background in carpentry and has worked in conjunction with Cardinale since 2014. In 2016, he officially joined the Cardinale team and has proven himself to be irreplaceable with his strategic thinking skills.

Michelle LaBozzetta

Executive Assistant

As our executive assistant, Michelle LaBozzetta helps wherever and whenever she can. After 2 years working as a full-time actress, Michelle jumped back into the workforce with Cardinale Industries. She graduated from Long Island University in 2015 with a B.S. in nutrition, concluding a long record of academic excellence. Michelle offers a unique blend of determination, organizational proficiency, and problem-solving skills to support everyone at Cardinale Industries. In her free time, she continues performing for local theaters and teaches makeup tutorial classes for kids.
